The Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce works to promote and recruit industry and high level jobs to Cambridge by participating in several economic development efforts; Grow Minnesota!, the Cambridge Development Alliance, formation of a Downtown Action Team, the Cambridge-Isanti Transportation Action Council and much more!

East Central Regional Development Commission
The Commission's mission is to provide leadership and direction through creative problem solving. They initiate projects and programs that lead to creative solutions to regional problems, by providing technical assistance and by identifying and developing available resources.

A private business led business retention and expansion program helping to develop business policies with data from approximately 1000 statewide surveys per year.

Minnesota WorkForce Centers (WFCs) provide the tools, resources and services needed for job search, career planning and training needs.

Small Business Development Centers The Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce successfully established a local Minnesota Small Business Development Center Satellite office in 2004. Within its first two years the office had provided services to close to 100 business clients in Isanti County and moved to its permanent location at the Cambridge Campus, Anoka Ramsey Community College.
