Communication is key to the success of the three key areas of the Cambridge Area
Chamber of Commerce's business advocacy .Informing, Educating and Promoting its
membership! Emails and fax are used to relay important information, survey our
membership, and publicize events or to report late-breaking news. The Chamber
also has the ability to utilize its PhoneTree system to contact all 300 plus
members in sixty minutes!
Friday Facts
This 'members only' publication is broadcast emailed to our membership weekly
and reaches close to 450 business decision makers. The purpose of this internal
publication is to inform members of upcoming events, educational opportunities,
business trends, member news, promote current and new benefits as they are
implemented, and also allows for member-to-member promotion. To receive a

Chamber Newspaper Page
This four-color full-page newspaper news piece reaches a circulation of over
14,000 as part of the local STAR newspaper. The purpose of this publication is
to promote our members' assets and the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce
achievements to the general public.

Annual Report
The Chamber's Annual Report is distributed to the entire Cambridge Area Chamber
of Commerce membership and showcases Fiscal Year achievements. The Annual
Report is also used during membership recruitment visits to reemphasize the
importance of the Chamber as the leading local business advocate.
